I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The city view from my room was nice, but the concierge was clueless about arranging a rental car. They handed me a brochure and left me to figure it out. Breakfast at the in-room dining was tasty, though. Just wish their service was better overall.

However, a frustrating experience arose when I was erroneously charged for parking despite waiving the fee at the front desk. This lack of communication and delayed response to my follow-up left me disappointed, overshadowing the positive aspects of my visit.

The Sheraton Club King room provided an exceptional space. Comfortable bedsheets made sleeping delightful. Loved the Club Lounge, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff here are incredibly friendly and respectful, which added to the great atmosphere. The daily breakfast buffet featured delicious food but offered the same dishes every day, which got a bit repetitive over three nights. Room service missed the mark on timing and taste. both the Nasi Lemak and Fish & Chips were disappointing compared to the breakfast spread. It’s puzzling why the room service didn’t match the breakfast quality. Despite these issues, the stay was overall quite pleasant. Having to go down a floor for the ground floor and the confusion regarding room delivery were minor inconveniences that could easily be improved.

Had an awesome time with my friends. We explored nearby hiking trails and cycled around the area. The room was classy and met all our needs. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch, making it easy to relax and enjoy the view. Pro tip for future guests, get a room with a city view. it’s worth it!
